How do you use the TKGM parcel query system? A step-by-step guide to researching land by block, parcel number and coordinates.
What Is TKGM?
The Land Registry and Cadastre General Directorate (TKGM) is the government body that holds and updates title deed and cadastral information for all properties in Türkiye. Thanks to TKGM's digital platforms, land research can now be conducted much more quickly and reliably.
The Parcel Query System
The system offered by TKGM at parselsorgu.tkgm.gov.tr provides access to detailed property information using block and parcel numbers or geographical coordinates:
- Parcel boundaries and coordinates
- Area size
- Current title deed status
- Block, parcel and sheet numbers
- The property's position on the zoning plan
Parcel Query by Coordinates
If you know the location of the land you want to research, you can access parcel information directly by entering coordinates on the map.
- Open parselsorgu.tkgm.gov.tr.
- Select the Geographical Location tab.
- Click on the relevant point on the map or enter latitude and longitude.
- Review the parcel information returned by the system.
